Note that many pieces of designing and building productized service packages require your proprietary knowledge, your brain, and so this is a highly collaborative process.

How will my personal brand be used in building my business?

What parts of sales and marketing will your team handle, and what will I be responsible for?

We design the full sales and marketing strategy, recommend the best channels, and create the foundational assets — the sales process (including the entire soup to nuts workflow, in detail), lead magnets (in collaboration with you), and funnel and landing page copy & design. You’ll be responsible for delivering your expertise, showing up for events, and executing certain content activities. We make sure you have the tools, templates, and processes to do that efficiently without hiring extra staff. We will design and implement the foundational system, automating what we can, and will equip and enable you to perform marketing and sales activities with complete confidence.

Will you review and improve my existing keynote presentation?

Yes. If you already have a keynote, we’ll review it, give you detailed feedback, and work with you to strengthen it. This includes refining the content, flow, and delivery to maximize engagement and lead generation. We have a stellar speaker coach on staff who will help you with structure and delivery. You are responsible for writing your own keynote (and other talks), but we will advise, help you refine, and coach you through the entire process. All of our work together, particularly around defining your methodology will be additive toward your speech writing efforts. Similarly, we will advise on specific speaking opportunities to pursue, equip you to create stellar speaker applications, create prompts and AI tools to facilitate this process, but we do not offer done-for-you speaker applications. We will advise on any step of the process, including fee negotiation.

Will you create my ongoing content, or just guide me?
