Caroline Carter, Head of Sales

Caroline is a seasoned sales professional who loves working directly with creators. In the FinTech space, she helped clients invest their money digitally at FutureAdvisor, a San Francisco startup that was later acquired by BlackRock. Her journey continued at Block, Inc, where she was a founding member of the New York sales team.

A few years later, Caroline made the jump to enterprise and sold market insights software to Fortune 500 companies at CB Insights. In her most recent role, she started media sales for The Duckbill Group; this is where she developed a love for the creator economy. On a personal note, Caroline spent three years living in Paris. She has an adorable daughter, two amazing Bernese Mountain Dog mixes, and loves to travel whenever she can.

Kyle Northcutt, Audio Visual Technician 

I’m Kyle Northcutt from Fort Collins, Colorado. I’m a serial entrepreneur and the co-founder of KidsGreenTeam.com, founder & host of the Kids Learn Careers podcast, and have my own neighborhood subscription recycling business where I pick up plastic film from my neighbors and recycle it properly.

I’m a full time student and currently working part time at Level Up Creators, where I edit professional video and audio, create YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.I have a labrador retriever named Ranger and I love space, engineering, math, and science. I love learning new things, reading all sorts of books, and playing outside. I plan to become an astronautical engineer and hope to work at SpaceX.

For 12+ years, I’ve dedicated myself to crafting exceptional customer experiences in the digital marketing space. As a Marketing Automation Strategist, I’ve found my passion in collaborating with startups and small businesses to develop personalized marketing experiences for customers at every stage of their buying journey.

I’m a recognized leader in the digital marketing field, with extensive experience and a suite of certifications. I’ve worked at senior levels in Digital Marketing for large corporations, startups, and marketing agencies, which has given me a broad perspective and deep understanding of diverse business needs. My expertise and passion for innovation empower me to guide businesses to new levels of success.

In service to the community of digital creators, I’m also a Marketing Automation and Funnel Marketing coach on the innovative e-learning platform start2impact. It’s an honour to share my knowledge and experience with the marketers of tomorrow. I also serve as a mentor on ADPList, providing guidance and support to aspiring professionals in the field.

I’m a Brazilian-born global citizen, currently based in Italy. I’m passionate about travel and culture and I have loved working around the world, mainly in Asia and the Canary Islands. Natalie Williams, Head of Revenue Strategy

Marketing has been in my bones since…forever. I’m constantly fascinated by the power of data to make meaning out of creative work. I’m a self-confessed data wrangler and it actually sparks joy for me to fuse insights from data into creative strategies that crack the revenue code.

Studying business and marketing in Europe was pivotal to shaping my world view. As my career has evolved I’ve held Marketing Director roles for B2B companies like GPI and The Duckbill Group. I enjoy getting into the nuts and bolts of formulating, implementing, and fine-tuning marketing strategies – all with a view to making it rain! I’m most proud of my ability to orchestrate successful revenue generation campaigns while optimizing conversion pathways with meticulous accuracy. My heart is most at home in Missoula, Montana with my husband, Travis, daughter, Evelyn, and corgi, Luna. Growing up, I watched my father put everything on the line to build his small business into a lifelong career. His work not only supported our family, but also several families within our community. Seeing that ignited my passion for small business. I’m inspired by the power of how one person’s dream can impact so many and have ripple effects for generations to come.

Amanda Northcutt, Founder & CEO

As a consultant, coach, and 6-time exec, I’ve had the opportunity to launch, grow, and scale online businesses for D2C, B2C, and B2Bs. Filling their business voids and mapping smart strategies to strengthen their foundations for long-term growth is one of my greatest strengths.

Business and I go way back. I’ve been building my sales skills since I was 16. While I never quite understood why my brain works the way it does, I’m proud of my success in applying my professional skills in ways that benefit good people.

I genuinely geek out on optimizing business – and the potential in people too. I see the best in humans and endless possibilities for how they can do and be their absolute best in all areas of life. I was a competitive athlete in high school, but was always a better team coach and motivator than a player.

Today, I get to work with the brightest and best team of business professionals and we revel in helping creators and influencers actually level all the way up.

Home is at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins, CO with my husband, Travis, and son, Kyle. Getting outside to cycle, hike or ski keeps my mind sharp and heart happy.

Joyanne Howell, Head of Creative Strategy

As a kid I’d stand in front of the mirror brushing my teeth, making up toothpaste ads as I brushed. In every role I’ve served, from waitressing to Wall Street, marketing was at the core.

My love of marketing is really about my love of connecting. Since my first job as a consultant for CIDA at 17, to my current (favourite) role, connecting with people has been a cornerstone of my career. Deep listening is part of the secret sauce I use to deliver winning results for my clients.

Whether it was designing websites for serial entrepreneurs like Miki Agrawal, or writing creative copy for clients like IBM, I’ve increased revenues for dozens of companies through marketing automation done right, and built successful marketing programs from the ground up. Helping my clients win is my pride and joy – pun intended.
